These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Velox Capitalwebsite and investor platform (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you are legally able to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction and are not barred from receiving services under applicable law. Fund subscriptions are available only to investors who meet the eligibility criteria set out in the applicable offering documents.

Account and security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

Acceptable use

  • Do not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service.
  • Do not submit fabricated transaction identifiers, forged documents, or false representations during onboarding.
  • Do not scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive source code from the Service.
  • Do not use the Service to violate any applicable law, regulation, sanctions program, or third-party right.

Investments

All subscriptions, redemptions, and other investment activity are governed by the offering documents of each fund. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the offering documents, the offering documents control.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its content, layout, code, and branding, is owned by Velox Capital and its licensors. Except as expressly permitted, no part of the Service may be copied, modified, distributed, or displayed without prior written consent.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VELOX CAPITAL AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICE.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will notify you. Continued use of the Service after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
