- Investor information — country, phone number, and documents provided during onboarding or investment.
- Transaction information — deposit and redemption transaction identifiers submitted by you.
- Referral information — the referral code, if any, used when opening your account, and referral codes issued to you.
- Technical information — IP address, user agent, and request timestamps collected via server logs and rate-limit systems.
How we use information
- To operate your account and process transactions.
- To comply with legal, regulatory, and tax requirements.
- To detect, prevent, and investigate abuse or fraud.
- To communicate with you about your account and our services.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers acting on our behalf (for example, hosting, email delivery, and identity verification), with counterparties required to settle your transactions, and where required by law.
Retention
We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and for the period thereafter required by law or reasonably necessary for the purposes described above.
Security
Passwords are stored using industry-standard hashing (bcrypt). Sessions are carried in HTTP-only cookies signed with a rotating secret. Transport is encrypted end-to-end via TLS. Despite these measures, no system is perfectly secure — please choose a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication where offered.
Your rights

Cookies
We use a single authentication cookie required for you to remain signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
