Each investor gets a dedicated platform wallet with an immutable ledger. Every credit and debit writes a WalletTransaction row that we can reconcile to on-chain flows.

You confirm every withdrawal from your inbox before an admin can approve it. Compromise of your session cookie alone is not enough to move funds.

Fund interests are available only to eligible investors under exemption from registration. You must complete our onboarding and, where applicable, prove accredited or qualified status before subscribing.
When you subscribe, we issue you units at the fund's current NAV per unit. Whenever the fund's NAV changes, your portfolio value = units × current NAV. NAV history is published in your portfolio view.
Each fund publishes a management fee (per annum) and a performance fee. Performance fees only accrue on gains above the fund's high-water mark, per the offering documents.
After your position's lock-up expires, you can request a redemption during the fund's next redemption window. The admin approves at the window's NAV; proceeds are credited to your platform wallet.
From your wallet, request a withdrawal to a whitelisted BEP20 address. You confirm via email, admin approves, and we send on-chain. The transaction hash is recorded in your withdrawal history.
